Preamble

It is not only livelihood but also the feelings of survival that have made mankind civilized, hardworking, follower of sophisticated-culture, perfect and the maker of history. Research shows that those nations socially underdeveloped 150 years ago seem comparatively well developed today. On the hand, the question remains where our Nepalese society and Nepal missed its incessant-race-track of development. If we study on "What went wrong?" its answer is the attitude of her peoples. An individual's success depends on his/her attitude. Negative thinking and selfishness harm for many and develops filthy culture. It weakens the whole nation. The number of positive thinking people decreases and accordingly many disrespectful or negative people emerge everywhere.  Those inferiority-complex people give birth to heinous violence and this becomes a very painful and hateful incident of the world.
In order to be safe from such heartrending circumstances, one needs to develop positive thinking on time. People having positive thinking remain away from the afore-mentioned crimes or atrocious violence. Any individual, society and nation can themselves develop or can progress through positive attitude, helpful feelings, creative activities, active behaviour, thorough thoughts, and exchange of experience, respect and the use of certified commodity, constructive viewpoint, collective efforts, continuous labour, and good faith. Therefore, conscious people including an individual should develop collective efforts for collective developments by critically studying the contradictory situations. To fulfill that purpose by utilizing positive attitude and achievements a positive thinker and a resourceful personality Swett Marden institutionally trumpeted a movement known as ‘League for a Higher Life’ since 1880 for all people.

Many professional scholars started spending their times towards such training movement(s) since it develops balanced progress of entrepreneur, society, nation and family through positive thinking and personality development as well. In this context, Dell Carnegie founded ‘Dell Carnegie Training Institute’ in 1912.  Dell Carnegie in his Institute managed several balanced-trainings for the well-being of commoners' and corporate trainings for entrepreneurs. Similarly, Nightingale Conant, Network 21, Britt, Qualified Learning Systems Inc., Rich Dad Organization for financial literacy and other hundreds of training institutes opened up in other nations as well. Therefore, Nepalese people had no opportunity of being skillful by undergoing such foreign-based balanced-trainings that help for overall development and positive thinking of humankind. Commoners cannot afford such trainings in foreign countries. Life Vision International's establishment was inevitable for providing excellent opportunity of overall development of Nepalese citizens deprived for a long time from such opportunities.

Training is necessary in order to be practical after years of theoretical studies. Commoners now are aware that much more professionalism, skills and techniques in education can easily be learnt from one day's training by a resourceful trainer rather than from one year's self-study. Training for that reason is necessary in every area. The importance of training is increasing in every occupation. Private Corporations, Companies and Government Organizations now have realized that creative and qualitative results in activities cannot be achieved without training.  Necessary training(s) to junior clerks and senior executives of governmental and non-governmental organizations is provided because it is necessary in all sectors and records show that annual training budget has been doubled worldwide. Annual increment of economic transactions in this training industry shows that there will be three trillion dollars' transactions by the year 2010. It is number one compared to that of other entrepreneurships. If there is one excellent industry for the mass-wellbeing, that is Training Industry. Therefore, after several decades' of research in this area by the visionary Person Mr. Rup Kukar Rai who proposed his proposal several times to the meetings held at Administrative Staff College, Lalitpur. A huge number of entrepreneurs' well-discussed workshop of 1 Asar 2061 towards his vision passed its conclusion to materialize the proposal and accordingly Life Vision International (P.) Ltd. was legally registered on 28 Bhadra 2061 having the company's Head Office in Kathmandu.

In other foreign nations, resourceful personalities individually and institutionally have carried out research, training and are developing themselves professionally. In the same manner, company like LVI is founded in the country with the objective of enabling the Nepalese commoners to change themselves creatively and positively at the global level participating in such life-shaping trainings. All Nepalese nationals or non-nationals also can skillfully and confidently survive through such sophisticated-trainings. This company or institute for providing such effective and practical trainings on various topics is founded on the belief of developing society, country and finally change the whole world through personality development. It will carry out constant research, experiments, inventions, trainings and will produce skilled manpower and will make citizens rich in positive thinking. Our nation will leave the developed ones miles behind in developmental efforts.

Vision
By the end of 2010, LVI will have trained more than 200 thousands citizens.

Specific Objectives

1. Conduct trainings, seminars and classes for citizens to promote skill-based or income-based education, personality development, leadership development, skilled mangers, entrepreneurs for solving the unemployment problems in the country according to the company's objective
2. Produce helpful services to support customers in collaboration with other vocational companies for promoting vocational education
3. Commercialize vocational education for humanitarian acts and manage prizes, medals or decorations, bonus and royalty for honourning experts in this area
4. Prepare and sell educational or professional materials like books, tapes, CDs needed in training for commoners and elites for awareness in order to produce skilled manpower
5. Encourage experts to research for necessary training materials and translate materials written by foreign experts for training into Nepali
6. Educate citizens in all higher learning in academic fields, technical and computer education sector in affiliation with national and international institutes, colleges and universities
7. Manage ON LINE EDUCATION in collaboration with international academic institutions
8. Work on Information Technology and Network Education in collaboration with national and international government organizations
